  Roast’s second track ‘Serpent’ starts out with a sinister opening lick that sets the tone for an onslaught of heavy rock with fiery blues overtones. The clear, near creepy vocals balance the song’s multiple shifts from scorching rock, through intoxicating groove trips, and set you down hard in an entirely sexy landscape of riffage. Roast is an utter inferno.
